aGesic is a software for companies that employ isolated workers. Thanks to an App to install on common smartphones, allows you to monitor and detect the state of users and, in case of alarm, to locate them in time real. The system is used in the case of man-down (man-to-earth) applications, with characteristics of greater precision and reliability.
A Web app (Dashboard) which performs the function of control panel, accessible via Internet from PC or tablet, to which are connected all the devices supplied to users from protect.
An App for mobile devices (APP) related to the company Dashboard, can detect any states of malaise or emergency, and to send the alarm to the Dashboard, emails and connected phones, locating the worker in distress.
The system is offered upon payment of a monthly usage fee per connected device to the platform. The customer is provided with an administrator account with which he can access directly to your Administrative Dashboard and can perform all configurations, including the association of various mobile devices. With a few steps, the mobile App can be downloaded and installed in devices (smartphones or tablets) supplied to workers, equipped with operating system Android or iOS.

by the company only in case of alarm, otherwise

To ensure the security of users, aGesic collects location information (geolocalization) . GPS coordinates can be shared with emergency company contacts enabled to receive SMS or alarms (such as, for example, other members of the company or organization whose part the user himself), in order to locate the user, only in case of alarm. The company can then view position data only in case of emergency and only to safeguard the worker's safety. Before sending the alarm, the phone will ask the user to confirm that, if not in danger, you can suspend the sending with a simple TAP on the screen.
To ensure worker privacy, aGesic takes the following measures:
• The application is started manually by the user at the beginning of work. • When in operation, the aGesic icon is fine visible on the terminal screen; the App cannot communicate with the Company Dashboard when not in use. • When the application is stopped by the user, geolocation is no longer in function. • The information collected by the aGesic system are those entered independently by users, who after registration enter their credentials (user name and password) and company email address. • The location of the users is only in case of alarm. • All the location data are automatically destroyed within a time minimum 24h (48h when an alarm occurs)
Agesic, through the Dashboard settings, also collects the information of contact of emergency numbers enabled to receivealarm SMS: also these data are entered by the same authorized users of the client company, and may include numbers telephone number, e-mail address, names or pseudonyms
