Theloneliness is a potential risk factor for the worker and the company. aGesic reduces the risk who, in the event of malaise, danger or aggression, cannot count on the presence of anyone for a timely rescue.
The lone work, or lone worker, is a condition that concerns a high number of workers employed in different company sectors. Engaged in a fixed location, on the premises of the holding or outside, night or day, or on the move, are united by a condition of isolation from the others, colleagues or contacts corporate. This condition characterizes a potential elevated risk and the owner has the role to take the necessary measures to limit possible accidents and ensure safety on work of people engaged daily in activities carried out in loneliness.
The obligations of the owner are to evaluate risks and the subsequent identification of technical and organisational prevention and protection measures, mitigating risk from isolated work.
The main regulatory reference for the management of isolated work, is The Ministerial Decree of 15 July 2003, n. 388 (Regulation laying down provisions on the first aid company, in implementation of article 15, paragraph 3, of the decree Legislative Decree no. 626 of 19 September 1994).
The D.M. 388 of 15 July 2003 has been entirely recalled to art. 45, paragraph 1 and 2, of D. Lgs. 81/2008.
According to the provisions of Art.2 of the Decree, dedicated to the organization of the first aid company, the owner must ensure, between the equipment: a means communication system suitable to quickly activate the emergency system of the Service Sanitario Nazionale.
Mobile phone is an eligible means of communication?
The supplied telephone alone is not a sufficient tool; just think of cases where the worker is unconscious as a result of illness, or immobilized because of accident, or in case of assault.
Another regulatory reference is the art. 2087 c.c. that, in accordance with the principle of maximum possible safety, requires the employer to adopt accident prevention solutions and measures according to the technology of the moment.

With aGesic, also the privacy of the worker is in safety! That’s why:
- Location is active when the APP is running, but not is never displayed by the company. The exact location of the worker is sent ONLY in case of alarm, when it is necessary to optimize the time of sending of the rescues, thereby reducing the aggravation of the ongoing danger;
- no one can access the user’s real-time location. In lack of alarms, GPS data is automatically destroyed after a few hours.
